Who we are
A Local, Female Owned Business
ROC in the Bubbles is a locally owned, female-owned business founded by Elyse Boress. As a teacher and mom, Elyse understands how important it is to create fun, memorable events that are easy for families and organizations to plan. We are based in Rochester, NY, and have been bringing foam-filled fun to events since 2026.
Foam parties are our specialty. We host everything from backyard birthday parties for up to 50 guests to large-scale events with hundreds or even thousands of attendees, customizing the number of foam cannons to fit the crowd. We also offer a hands-on Bubble Experience for up to 100 guests, featuring DIY bubble wands and a professional bubble machine.
Our clients include families, schools, PTSAs, camps, daycares, recreation centers, parks, colleges, and businesses looking to create unforgettable experiences.
We proudly serve Monroe and Wayne counties, with travel available throughout Western New York.

We had the BEST experience with the foam party! The kids had an absolute blast and were entertained for hours. Everything was so much fun, and it made the party feel extra special and memorable. The setup was amazing, the foam was a huge hit, and the kids are still talking about it! We would absolutely recommend them and will definitely be using them again!
This was an amazing event for the end of the school year! We have a school of 3rd-6th graders and every single child had the absolute best time playing in the foam and bubbles! It was a different experience for most of them and the fun that was had was indescribable! We cannot thank ROCINTHEBUBBLES enough!!
Such a fun time! Elyse and Josh came ready to go! All I did was show them where the electric outlet was and the water spigot. They did everything else! Elyse was great to work with so easy and even provided a play list. My girls said it was “the best day ever”! Highly recommend!!
ROC in the Bubbles did the most amazing interactive program for my preschoolers. Elyse was engaging and responsive to my families, and I received an incredible amount of positive feedback! We will definitely have ROC in the Bubbles back!
I had Roc in the bubble run a fun kids activity for the non profit I run and the kids and parents were absolutely thrilled! I had kids from the age of 3 to the age of 11 running around in the foam absolutely loving it. The music was fun and it was so welcoming. I had a mom to a child with autism reaching out and thanking me for an event That her son could be part of and enjoy. … I also had them come this Sunday- 2 foam parties in one week!! To my house to my 11 year old daughter’s party- I was rocking in the bubbles with the kids! It was absolutely amazing- joy all around!
Elyse and team were excellent! Responsive, flexible, and clear. Setup and tear down were effortless, and the kids had a BLAST. Parent feedback was wholly positive. Thanks for making the process so easy!
