What we collect, and why.
This page explains what Roc In The Bubbles LLC, doing business as ROC in the Bubbles, collects through this website. It also covers how we use that information and the choices you have.

The short version
- We collect personal details only when you send us a booking request or contact us.
- We use them to answer you, plan your event, and run it.
- We do not sell your information or share it for marketing.
- This site takes no payments.
- The site sets no cookies. We count page views with a tool that does not use cookies.
Who we are
ROC in the Bubbles brings mobile foam parties and bubble experiences to events from our home base in Rochester, NY. The business is Roc In The Bubbles LLC. When this page says "we" or "us," it means that business.
What we collect
When you request a booking
Our booking-request form asks for the details we need to plan your event:
- your event type and the package you are interested in;
- the date you have in mind and about how many guests you expect;
- the town where the event will be;
- your organization's name, if you choose to give it;
- your name, email address, and phone number; and
- anything else you choose to tell us in the message box.
Please share only what we need to plan the event. You do not need to send us details about the children who will attend.
When you call or email us
If you contact us directly, we keep what you send so we can reply and plan your event.
When you visit the site
Our hosting provider, Vercel, records basic technical information each time a page loads. This includes your IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time. It is used to deliver the site and keep it secure.
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It does not use cookies or collect personal information that identifies you, and we see the data only in aggregate.
How we use it
We use your information to:
- reply to your request and answer your questions;
- check our availability and prepare a quote;
- confirm, schedule, and run your event; and
- keep a record of the events we have booked.
Who else handles it
A few service providers handle your information on our behalf. They may use it only to provide their service to us.
- Vercel hosts this website, runs the form that receives your request, and counts page views.
- Google Workspace hosts our email, including the inbox your booking request goes to.
- Resend sends each booking request to our inbox by email.
- Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a booking request comes from a person, not a bot. On the form's last step it reads technical details such as your IP address and browser type for that check.
We may also share information if the law requires it.
What we never do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not share it with anyone for their marketing.
- We do not take payments or store card details on this site.
Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Right now, this site sets none.
The only analytics on this site is Vercel Web Analytics, described above. It counts page views without cookies.
As of the date above, the site also runs:
- no advertising or social-media pixels; and
- no embedded maps, videos, or chat widgets from other companies.
Our fonts are stored on our own site, so loading a page does not contact a font service.
On the booking form's last step, Cloudflare Turnstile runs a short check in your browser to stop spam, as described above. It does not load anywhere else on the site.

How long we keep it
We keep booking requests and event records for 3 years. After that, we delete them. We may keep some records longer when the law requires it.
Keeping it secure
This site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send payment or other sensitive details through the form.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or delete your information when we no longer need it for a booking. To ask, email us at hello@rocinthebubbles.com.

Children
This site is for the adults who plan and book events. It is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other sites
If a page links to another site, that site has its own privacy policy, and this page does not cover it.
Changes to this page
We update this page when the way we handle information changes. The date at the top shows the most recent change.
