Policies
Our policies at a glance
- Deposit
- A $50 deposit secures your date.
- Rescheduling
- If you need to reschedule, your deposit applies once to a new date within 12 months.
- Payment
- We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and Venmo.
- Weather
- Events go ahead in light rain or wind. If ROC in the Bubbles cancels due to unsafe weather conditions, including lightning, high winds, or other weather that makes the event unsafe, all payments including the $50 deposit will be refunded or applied to a future event date.
- Cancellations
- The $50 deposit is non-refundable for cancellations made by the customer. If a cancellation occurs after the final payment has been made, refunds may be provided at ROC in the Bubbles' discretion depending on the timing of the cancellation and associated costs.
- Setup
- Setup typically takes 30-45 minutes depending on the event location and package selected. Setup and takedown time are included and do not reduce your foam party time.
- Travel
- Events within Monroe County are included in our standard pricing. Events outside Monroe County may be subject to a travel fee based on distance. Please contact us for a custom quote.

Booking and your deposit
How do I book a party?
Use the Book Now button on any page to send a booking request. Tell us your date, your location, your guest count, and the package you want.
How do I pay?
A $50 deposit secures your date. We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and Venmo.
Can I reschedule?
Yes. Your $50 deposit can be applied once to a new date within 12 months.
How far do you travel?
We are based in Rochester and proudly serve Monroe and Wayne counties, with travel available throughout Western New York. Events within Monroe County are included in our standard pricing. Events outside Monroe County may be subject to a travel fee based on distance. Please contact us for a custom quote.

Does the party go ahead in the rain?
Yes. Events go ahead in light rain or wind.
What if the weather is unsafe?

The party
Foam, bubbles, and add-ons
What is a foam party?
A foam cannon fills an open area with deep, fluffy foam, and guests play in it while the music runs.
How long does a party last?
Each package price covers the first hour, and you can add more hours. Foam is $200 per cannon for each additional hour. The Bubble Experience is $200 for each additional hour.
How many guests does each package fit?
Small Foam is for up to 50 guests, and the Bubble Experience is for up to 100. Large Foam is for over 50 guests. Built for bigger crowds and bigger celebrations! We customize the number of foam cannons to fit your event.
What comes with a foam party?
Every foam package includes a commercial-grade foam cannon, a professional operator, high-end audio, and full setup and cleanup. Small Foam is $395 per cannon and Large Foam is $495 per cannon, each for the first hour.
What add-ons are available?
Three add-ons work with any foam package, at $100 each: Glow in the Dark Foam, Color Foam, and Foam with Colored Lights. Colored Lights brings LED lasers, glow bars, and colored light effects.
Can I combine add-ons?
Yes. Add-ons can be combined, like Glow in the Dark Foam and Color Foam together, at $100 each.
What colors can the foam be?
With Color Foam, you choose blue, pink, purple, orange, or green.
What is Glow in the Dark Foam?
It pairs UV glow foam with UV black lights, and it looks best at night. Glow sticks are a separate add-on.
What is the Bubble Experience?
Up to 15 hands-on bubble stations with DIY wands, a pro bubble machine, special ROC bubble juice, music, and an on-site bubbleologist. It is $350 for the first hour plus $200 for each additional hour, for up to 100 guests.
Can I rent a foam cannon?
Yes. The foam cannon rental is $350 for a full day. Pick it up from us in Brighton, or have it delivered for $3 per mile for the round-trip distance between our location and your event. The deposit is 50% of the rental, and the rest is due at pickup or delivery. It comes with the foam machine, 2 hours of foam solution, a tripod, a water bin and pump, a hose, an extension cord and easy-to-follow instructions. Color Foam and Glow in the Dark Foam may be added to a rental as optional add-ons; Colored Lights is not available with a rental.
What do I need to rent the foam cannon?
Renters must provide a valid photo ID, be at least 18 years old, sign a rental agreement and waiver, and accept responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to the equipment beyond normal wear and tear. Equipment must be supervised and operated according to the provided instructions.

Is the foam safe for kids?
Our foam is non-toxic, hypoallergenic, and biodegradable.
What do I need to host a foam party?
An open outdoor space, an electric outlet, and a water spigot. We bring the foam cannon, the music, and everything else.
How long does setup take?
Setup typically takes 30-45 minutes depending on the event location and package selected. Setup and takedown time are included and do not reduce your foam party time.
What do you wear to a foam party?
A swimsuit or clothes that can get wet, and shoes that can get wet too. Swim goggles are a good idea for little ones.
How do you clean up after a foam party?
Cleanup is included. We take down and pack up all of our equipment, and the foam breaks down on its own.

Who books ROC in the Bubbles?
Parents book us for birthdays. Schools, camps, daycares, rec centers, parks, colleges, companies, and franchises book us for their events.
When should schools, camps, and daycares book?
Schools, camps, and daycares often start planning end-of-year celebrations and summer events early in the year. Popular dates fill quickly, so we recommend booking as soon as you have a date in mind.
Can you handle a large group?
Yes. Large Foam is for over 50 guests, at schools, camps, daycares, colleges, community events, and festivals. Built for bigger crowds and bigger celebrations! We customize the number of foam cannons to fit your event.
Who supervises the children?
The host does, whether that is a parent or an organization's staff. Our crew runs the foam cannon and the equipment.
