Yes. We bring foam parties to schools, camps, daycares, rec centers, colleges, and companies. Based in Rochester, we serve Monroe and Wayne counties, with travel available throughout Western New York. Our Large Foam Experience is $495 per cannon for the first hour, for groups of over 50 guests.

What to decide before you request a date
- Date and start time. The day, and the time the party starts.
- Group size. Count children and adults. Up to 50 guests fits the Small Foam Experience, and over 50 guests fits the Large. Built for bigger crowds and bigger celebrations! We customize the number of foam cannons to fit your event.
- The place. An open outdoor spot with an electric outlet and a water spigot.
- Who supervises. The teachers, counselors, or staff who will supervise the children. Our crew runs the equipment.
- Add-ons. Glow, color, or colored lights, $100 each on a foam package.

ROC in the Bubbles is locally owned and operated by Elyse Boress and has been bringing foam-filled fun to Rochester-area events since 2026.

I had Roc in the bubble run a fun kids activity for the non profit I run and the kids and parents were absolutely thrilled! I had a mom to a child with autism reaching out and thanking me for an event That her son could be part of and enjoy. … I also had them come this Sunday- 2 foam parties in one week!! To my house to my 11 year old daughter’s party- I was rocking in the bubbles with the kids! It was absolutely amazing- joy all around!

From Request to Party Day
Request your date
Send a booking request with your date, location, group size, package, and organization's details.
Pay the $50 deposit
A $50 deposit secures your date. If you reschedule, it can be applied once to a new date within 12 months.
We run the party
We set up and run the equipment. Your staff supervise the children.
We clean up
When the party ends, we handle the full cleanup.
Weather and cancellations
- Light rain or wind
- The event goes ahead.
- Unsafe weather
- If ROC in the Bubbles cancels due to unsafe weather conditions, including lightning, high winds, or other weather that makes the event unsafe, all payments including the $50 deposit will be refunded or applied to a future event date.
- If you cancel
- The $50 deposit is non-refundable for cancellations made by the customer. If a cancellation occurs after the final payment has been made, refunds may be provided at ROC in the Bubbles' discretion depending on the timing of the cancellation and associated costs.

Start with the size of your group. The Small Foam Experience is $395 per cannon for the first hour, for up to 50 guests. The Large Foam Experience is $495 per cannon for the first hour, for groups of over 50 guests. Built for bigger crowds and bigger celebrations! We customize the number of foam cannons to fit your event. Each additional hour is $200 per cannon. For a hands-on option without foam, the Bubble Experience is $350 for the first hour, plus $200 each additional hour, for up to 100 guests.
On party day, our crew brings the commercial-grade foam cannon and high-end audio, sets everything up, runs the equipment, and cleans up afterward. Your team shows us the electric outlet and the water spigot, and your staff supervise the children for the whole event. Our foam is non-toxic, hypoallergenic, and biodegradable.

Who supervises the children?
Your staff do. Our crew runs the foam cannon and the audio, and your teachers, counselors, or staff supervise the children for the whole event.
What happens if the weather turns?
Events go ahead in light rain or wind. If ROC in the Bubbles cancels due to unsafe weather conditions, including lightning, high winds, or other weather that makes the event unsafe, all payments including the $50 deposit will be refunded or applied to a future event date.
Where do you travel?
Based in Rochester, we serve Monroe and Wayne counties, with travel available throughout Western New York. Events within Monroe County are included in our standard pricing. Events outside Monroe County may be subject to a travel fee based on distance. Please contact us for a custom quote.
What does the host need to provide?
